With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and a list of highly qualified quality construction contractors, of all fields of construction, we have the capability to provide all Building Consulting, Project Management, and any/all Construction services needed for any Commercial, Residential, or Multifamily construction project, on land or water. We can provide services to include, but not limited to: Claims Appraisal, Project/Claims Estimating, Building Consulting, Engineering, Photo Log production including Aerial, 3D imaging, Moisture Mapping, all CAT Mitigation and Reconstruction services, to inspect and/or evaluate the project or property for any requirements needed regarding Construction or Reconstruction. I can also provide additional specialty areas like Foundation, MEPs, Lifts (elevators) and any other specialty construction craft necessary.
We leverage our skills and knowledge in project planning, project management, communication, 360-degree Complete Damage Analysis, Logistics, and a variety of estimating programs, skills, and technology, to offer a full-service construction consultative service for any type of project. Services for projects include repair and remodel, new residential, commercial, and multifamily, all restoration and mitigation services, and all CAT related services.
We have successfully completed multiple projects for several clients across various sectors of Residential, Commercial, Multifamily, delivering quality work, timely results, and customer satisfaction with excellent communication and feedback. We have been involved in CAT projects resulting from hurricanes Ida in August of 2021, Beryl in July of 2024, Francine in September 2024, and Helene in October 2024, and several other CATs not listed here. We have extensive experience with mitigation damages for all types of property, including property on land or water, commercial or residential, to include public or government. We have had multiple interactions and worked with FEMA and other contractors within the same business sector directly for the last 15 years, throughout the United States.

Aric D. Cunningham (Building Consultant) A US Army veteran, who's passion for helping disaster victims started 30 minutes after the OKC Federal building bombing. He is certified in Construction Management, Managing Up, Bluebeam, Procore, and Safety & Health, which demonstrates his commitment to learning and improving his craft. He is certified in Project Management (CPM), Professional Estimating (CPE), and a Construction Management Professional (CCMP). He is a team player and eager to collaborate with other professionals who share my vision and values. He currently has an inactive (T1-CAC) security clearance, and is looking for a sponsor, also has an active TWIC card, along with a current passport. He can travel anywhere his services are needed or requested. He is also a Registered & Verified Federal Contractor. He is also a newly ordained minister of Christianity and will now be spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all the world.
